Tim Allen Buchan, age 68, of Ambrose, GA passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015, at Kennestone Hospital following a brief illness. Mr. Buchan was born on September 29, 1946, in Jacksonville, FL to the late Tim Buchan and Florene Tindel Buchan.
Survivors include: his wife, Janet Ferguson Buchan of Ambrose, GA; two daughters, Kathy (George) Bordeaux of Douglas, GA and Donna (Ken) Cook of Woodstock, GA; son, Waylon (Michelle) Buchan of Yucca Valley, CA; three sisters, Jennie Leggett of Sylvester, GA, Jo Moses of Rochelle, GA, and Rosa Lee Miller of West Green, GA; eight grandchildren, Whitney White, Adam Day, Macy Kirkland, Ciara Kirkland, Alona Kirkland, Bran Buchan, Liam Buchan, and Jax Buchan; three great grandchildren, Fisher Day, Aubrey White, and Avella Tucker; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bernice and Aubrey Day, two brothers, and three sisters.
Memorial Service were held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at the home of Voncille Miller 5864 Hwy 221 N, Douglas, GA with Rev. Steve Atkinson, Rev. Larry Deen, Waylon Buchan, and Richard Stagger officiating.
