Mary was born in Bohemia. She passed away 3 days after giving birth to a son, Paul, who was stillborn on May 5, 1912. Mary was buried on May 10, 1912. Their other children were Anna, Joseph, Elizabeth, Thomas, Mary, Agnes.

On January 20, 1896 in Turtle Lake, Mary married John Ritsche. Her maiden name has not been confirmed as of yet because there are many entries with several different spellings, but I believe it to be something along the lines of 'Serwatka' which is Bohemian. Their marriage registry document has John's surname recorded as Ritschy and Mary's maiden name recorded as Serenatka, which to my understanding, is not a Bohemian surname.

Mary's death certificate lists her middle name as Sarah. Her cause of death was "shock following difficult childbirth" and the secondary cause listed was "weak physically". At the time of her death she was 39 years, 11 months & 29 days old.
