Obituary for Lois Moore Abrams

Lois Moore Abrams age 95, the widow of John William (Bill) Abrams passed away Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014 at the NHC of Clinton.
She was born in Columbia SC and was a daughter of the late Dozier Theodore and Maggie Branham Moore.
Mrs. Abrams was a graduate of Columbia High School and attended Lander College, retiring from the SC Department of Mental Retardation as Comptroller after 35 years of service, she also was the former Treasurer of Whitten Center. She was a member of Broad St. United Methodist Church, member of Circle #3 and served as treasurer of the V.I.M.’s for 18 years.
She is survived by a sister, Joyce Cook of Ballantine.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by two brothers, Willie T. Moore and Hazel (Jack) Moore.
Graveside services will be conducted Friday, Dec. 26th at 11:00 AM at the Rosemont Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Broad St. United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 204, Clinton, SC 29325.
