DANIEL R. ADAMS JR., 57, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009. Born April 18, 1951, in Lafayette, he was the son of the late Daniel Adams Sr. and Betty Adams. He was an electrician with Local Union 305 IBEW for 38 years. Surviving are his sons, Daniel (Ana) Adams III of Vacaville, Calif. and Jerrad Adams; daughters, Chere Adams and Jody (David) Korte; brother, Robert (Natalie) Adams; sister, Linda (Carl Sr.) Clemko; and grandchildren, Grace, Andrea and Breynn. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Kathy (Escobedo) Adams. Mass of Christian Burial is 1:30 p.m. Monday at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, with calling one hour prior. Burial in Catholic Cemetery. Preferred memorials to the Mayo Clinic or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Arrangements by C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St.
