Leonard Bloom, 70, of Clearfield, a guest at Mountain Laurel Nursing Center, died Sunday, April 7, at the center.
Born Dec. 24, 1914, in Bigler, he was a son of Samson and Louella Bloom, who preceded him in death.
He was a retired employee of Harbison-Walker Refractories and a retired bartender at the Clearfield Moose club.
Mr. Bloom is survived by a sister, Audrey Boalich of Clearfield, and two brothers, Robert Bloom of Manchester, Pa., and Harry Bloom of Newville. He was a member of the Clearfield Moose, Eagles an Elks clubs.
Services will be held at the Leavy-Valigorsky Funeral Home in Clearfield Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Bigler Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m. and until the hour of services on Wednesday.
