She believed in being active in the community and was a member
of the Crooked Tree Arts Center, the Petoskey Area Garden Club, the Little Traverse Bay Human·e Society, the Little Traverse Conservancy,
Burns Clinic and the Clark Northern Michigan Hospital Foundation, and North Central Michigan College as well as many other community organizations.
On Sept. 8, 1934, Sally married John Scott Clark in Bay City and he preceded her in death on Oct. 7, 2003.
