Jesse D. Alley, 52, of Axton, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014. He was born in Richlands, WV on May 27, 1962 to Alivene Hall Alley and the late James Alley. He was also preceded in death by a nephew, Jamie Alley.
In addition to his mother Jesse is survived by his children, Danielle Alley and Jesse J. Alley; grandchildren, Trinity Alley and Jayden Jones; brothers, Rocky Alley and wife, Wanda and Jeff Alley and wife, Carol; sister, Melissa Nester and husband, Elwood; nieces, Heather Greer, Misty Alley, Grace Alley, and Faith Alley; his soul mate, Cissy Bibee, two great-nieces and one great-nephew.
