Necia M. Frazier, 91 of Paducah, passed away at 8:24AM Thursday, November 27, 2014 at her residence in Paducah.
She is survived by three daughters, Necia Averitt of Lone Oak, KY, Tammi (Paul) Trogolo of West Paducah, KY and Kimberly (Eric) Isom of Paducah, KY; two sons, Louis F. (Linda) Frazier Jr. of Versailles, KY and Joseph D. (Jane) Frazier of Paducah, KY; six grandchildren, James L. (Ashley) Wilbourn, Stuart Frazier, Eric (Cija) Frazier, Michael Trogolo, Lindsey Rose and Brentney (Mike) Green and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis F. Frazier Sr.; her parents, Val B. & Irene Broughton Ramsey and a son-in-law, Herbert Averitt.
Funeral services will be at 2:00PM Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. David Garrett officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery in Paducah.
