He is survived by his parents, his wife Kim of 33 years. His daughter Casey Fichtner (Garrick Fichtner) of Manteca, Ca. Son Billy Jaspar (Kyrsten Jaspar) of Riverbank, Ca. Brother Wayne Jaspar (Jackie Jaspar) of Riverbank, Ca. Grandsons Braydon Jaspar and Adler Fichtner, and dog Benjamin, who he loved dearly. Bill was an avid golfer and fisherman. He also had a passion for cooking and enjoyed spending time playing with his grandsons. He retired from Silgan Containers after 32 years of work. There will be a Celebration of Life at the Riverbank Memorial Chapel on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 11am.
