Louisa Hannah Barnhart, 100, of Kansas City, MO, died Tuesday, October 29, 2002, at St. Luke's Hospital. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 4, at Highland Park Cemetery. Cremation. Memorial contributions may be made to The Arthritis Foundation of Midwest MO, the YWCA of Kansas City, KS or The American Red Cross.

Louisa was born January 30, 1902, in East St. Louis, IL, and had been a resident of Kansas City, KS most of her life. She lived a life rich in family and friends. She was a lifelong member of First Pilgrim Congregational Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver F. Barnhart, in 1941; sons: Scott H. Barnhart, and William E. Barnhart, II.

She is survived by daughters: Patricia Thogmartin, Dana Point, Ca, and Joanne L. Barnhart, Kansas City, MO; daughter-in-law Suzanne Barnhart Gibbs, Mission, KS; 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Thogmartin, Dana Point, Calif., and Joanne L. Barnhart, KCMO; a daughter-in-law; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
