Our beloved mother, Eva Taillon, peacefully passed away on February 12, 2014. Her children Tom, Roger, Ann and grandchildren Adam, Andrew and Juliana were at her side. She was 92 years old. Eva was born in Connecticut on April 16, 1921. She will be remembered for her positive outlook, her kindness, her sense of humor, her devotion to the Catholic Church, her honesty and her internal and external beauty. Her dear friend Mildred will miss their Sunday Scrabble and See's candy duals. Eva is survived by her three children Tom Taillon, Roger Taillon and Ann McKennon; seven grandchildren, Dori Gillies, Julianna Taillon, Adam McKennon, Andrew McKennon, Jennifer Taillon, Alysson Taillon; four great grandchildren, Faran Gillies, Danica Gillies, Alyssa Garcia and Logan McKennon and Logan's soon-to-be brother. Her wonderful husband Lucien preceded her in death in 1970. Her family has planned a Catholic Funeral Mass immediately followed with a celebration of her life on Friday, February 21, 2014 at 1pm All Souls Mortuary, 4400 Cherry Ave., Long Beach, CA
