Guy K. Behman, 45, 32 Chestnut street, Steelton, from 1926 to 1935 a member of the Steelton police force, died of pneumonia early this morning at the Harrisburg Hospital. He became ill Sunday night and was taken to the hospital immediately.

Behman, an employe of the Harrisburg Steel Corportation, was best known for his capture of an insane Mexican in Steelton in June, 1929. The man, appeared in the vicinity of Third and Swatara streets, as people were sitting on porches seeking relief from the heat, and began firing from two pistols.

Behman was in Municipal Building when he was the crazed man run by with a pistol in each hand. Behman ran out and after a short struggle overpowered the man.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Sadie Behman; a daughter, Albertina, at home; three brothers, Arthur Behman, Steelton, Jacob Behman, Middletown, and Russel Behman, Harrisburg, and three sisters, Miss Anna Behman, Harrisburg; Mrs. Elizabeth Leary, Winonah, N. J., and Mrs. Virginia Beach, Philadelphia.

Private funeral services will be Saturday at 2.30 o'clock at the Lee G. Wilt funeral chapel, 50 South Front street, Steelton. The Rev. Paul E. Fridinger, Centenary United Brethren Church, Steelton, will officiate. Burial will be in Oberlin Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral chapel tomorrow night.
