After this she played in television series such as 'In naam der Koningin', the comedy 'In de clinch' and 'Meiden van De Wit'. In 2004 she was diagnosed with cancer. Months before her death she made a guest appearance on a TV talk show, where she spoke openly about her struggle against her illness.
