Born in Uniontown, PA, to the late Glen and Dorothy Caton Renninger, he retired from Bell Atlantic Telephone Company (now Verizon) as Pay Master. He was an Army Paratrooper with the 187th Airborn Division, Rakkasans Unit, and was a Mason with the Oriental Lodge, Philadelphia, PA.
Surviving are his wife of 38 years, Jane Sable Renninger; three daughters, Katha Coladonato (Tony)of Havertown, PA, Kara DeLuca (Frank) and Kryssa Brasch of Broomall, PA; five grandchildren, Lisa Izzi (Andrew), Sarah Smoker (Craig), Anna Brasch, Lauren Brasch, Brian Deluca; three great grandchildren, Jack, Violet and Grace.
A memorial service will be held Monday at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with interment to follow.
