John Ingram was born in Chesterfield County, Virginia on September 2, 1879. Agnes was born on August 15, 1879 in Richmond, Henrico County, Virginia. They lived towards the end of their lives in Cranbury, New Jersey where they are both laid to rest.
He had a sister, Edith Louise (Enders) born in 1914 and died Oct. 1982 and she is laid to rest with her parent's and husband, John Enders (Died 1990) in Cranbury, New Jersey. (John Enders was born in Munich, Germany in 1900.)They had 3 daughters together., the youngest being, Jacqueline. She was born Feb. 1948 and died Jan. 1999 and is also laid to rest in Cranbury, New Jersey.
John first married, Claire Muriel Kainath. They had 3 children. John was born in 1943, Ruth was born in 1951. They divorced.
John then married Elsie Lillian Stewart Grone. They had 3 children. Donald born in August 1956, Diane Agnes born April 1, 1961, and Dawn Elaine born November 19, 1965.
John died from kidney failure on November 4, 1973.
John loved the horse races, good cigars and his family.
He was such a kind, good man. At the end of his life he was sick and it's hard for Dawn not to remember him except for being sick or in the hospital since she was only 7 when he passed away.
He was one of the first patient's to be on dialysis and no matter what I just remember him being kind and using kind words. He will be missed forever on this earth!
