Mrs. Riggs was a native of San Jose, and a lifelong resident of Waterford.
She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children, Sherry Jenson of Waterford, Carol Clardy of Oregon, and Robert Riggs of Las Vegas; sister, Betty Winters of Mountain Ranch; and six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pat Riggs; and one granddaughter.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Oaklawn Memorial Park, Oakdale.
