LESTER HOCH
Lester A. Hoch, 76, formerly of Rosendale, died Saturday April 22, 1995, at the Veterans Home in King.
He was born on June 18, 1918, in the Town of Eldorado, a son of Emil and Theresa Schnur hoch. On Aug, 20, 1940, he married Yvonned Kinyon at Peace Lutheran Church.. She died on March 19, 1985. On Oct. 20, 1990, he married Mildred Bindley at King.
Mr. Hoch served in the U.S. Army during World War 11, and was a member of American Legion in Waupun, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Peace Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, James, and Robert and his wife Pam, all of Van Dyne. Gary and his wife Marta of Rosendale and Michael and his wife Gert of Sun Prairie; two daughters, Sharon White of Rosendale and Patricia Sterman of Holliday, FLA; 19 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren one step-grandchild; three step great-grandchildren, one sister marcella Hiley and her husband Lawrence of Randolph; one brother, sylvester of Rosendale and two half brothers, Myron Scheuers of Fond du Lac and Emery Scheuers of Eldorado.
Preceding him in death were one granddaughter, Carrie Hoch; one brother, Chester Hoch; and one half brother, Percy Scheuers.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale. The Rev. Paul Holte will officiate. Burial will be at Rosendale Cemetery.
Visitation is at the church on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to the time of services.
