Mary Ioline Almond Pryor, 59, of Winston Salem, NC, formerly of Robbinsville, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. She was the daughter of Pauline Long Almond of Robbinsville, NC, and the late James Almond. She is survived by her son, Casey Pryor and his father, Troy Pryor, both of Mount Airy, NC; her sisters Ruby Carringer of Robbinsville, NC, and Angie McGirt of Dallas, NC; and her brother, James Almond, Jr. of Robbinsville, NC. She has several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the Townson-Smith Chapel. Reverends Onley Williams and Ricky Boring will officiate. Burial will follow at Farley Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 pm Sunday at the Chapel, prior to the service.
