The case of Harvey Blair against Selden P. Clark and William Clark was tried by a jury yesterday. The action brought to recover damages sustained by plaintiff having his hand frozen while being taken from Oswego Town to the city last fall. W. Tiffany appeard for plaintiff, J.J. Lamoree for defendant. The jury was out till a few minutes after midnight when, failing to agree, they were discharged.
