Kerry Marcus Sweazy Jr. age 43, of Fresno, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2014, surrounded by family, following a sudden illness that he would not recover from. Born in Torrance CA, Kerry and his family moved to Fresno in his childhood. He attended local schools and later began a career in Air Conditioning which spanned 30 years. Kerry was currently Territorial Manager for Global HVAC Distributors. In his spare time Kerry enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid soccer fan, enjoying being on the side lines for his sons, nieces and grandchildren soccer matches.
Kerry is survived by his devoted wife Inez Castanon Sweazy, his children, Tiffany McPeters, Vanessa Mendez, Kerry Sweazy III and Jerry Sweazy, parents Kerry and Penny Sweazy, and his brother Scott Park Sweazy. He is the grandfather of Jayden, Syrah and Keyano, all of Fresno.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13, 2014 at 10 AM at The West McKinley Church of Christ (Marks and McKinley Avenues) in Fresno.
Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
