Brett C. Reams, a native of Coalinga, California and a lifelong resident of Fresno, California passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at his Fresno residence at the age of 48. Brett graduated from Central Union High School in Fresno and later went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree from CSU Fresno in Journalism. He was a freelance writer in the Fresno area for different publications. Brett was challenged with Spina Bifida but it did not hamper him from enjoying life. He was a former wheel chair Tennis Player, an avid fisherman and held a special interest in photography.

Brett was preceded in death by his grandmother Virginia Thomson Olsen. He is survived by his parents George and Kristin Reams of Lancaster, Ca. his brother Brian Reams and his wife Sally of the Madera Ranchos, and his sister Kimberly Nunez of Phoenix, Az. He is the uncle of Noah Reams and Laura Reams.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 11:00 am in the Arbor of The Arbor Vitae Cemetery of Madera.
