Delbert was born December 10, 1958 in Grafton, WV, a son of Norma Haymond Sigley Nicholson, of Tunnelton, and the late Delbert R. Sigley. Delbert was a Section Forman in the coal mines for over 20 years. He was a veteran of the US Army and a member of Ambassadors for Christ Fellowship Church in Denver. He also loved hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Carla K. Rosier Sigley, whom he married on June 25, 1983; Delbert is also survived by two sons, Gregory Alan Sigley and Stephen Roy Sigley, both at home; three brothers and spouses, Gary and Rosemary Sigley, Terry and Linda Sigley, Randy and Edith Sigley and one sister and spouse, Julene and Richard Adams.
Friends may call at the Rotruck-Lobb Funeral Home, 295 S. Price St., in Kingwood on Thursday, March 23, 2006 from 6-8 pm and on Friday, March 24, 2006 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Saturday, March 25, 2006 at 11:00 am with the Pastor Doug Rosier officiating. Internment will follow at the Shay's Chapel Cemetery.
