Dies at Hospital

Jesse Allen Martin, 81, of 1207 Elmore Avenue, died Wednesday night in the Baptist Hospital.

He was born in Fairfield County, the son of Jesse A. and Elephair Miles Martin.

Mr. Martin was a retired railroad worker and was a member of North Trenholm Road Baptist Church and the Railroad Brotherhood.

Survivors include his widow, Addie Mae Martin; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Mullauden of Columbia; two sons, Jesse W. Martin and A. Lee Martin, both of Columbia; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3 o'clock this afternoon from North Trenholm Road Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Horace Chapman. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The body will remain at Paschal Funeral Home until time for the services.

Honorary pallbearers will be J. I. Moore, F. T. Atchell, T. C. Wiley, R. D. Davis, H. C. Smith, W. E. Lee and N. H. Whittle.

Jesse Allen Martin, 81, of 1207 Elmore Avenue, died Wednesday night in the Baptist Hospital.

He was born in Fairfield County, the son of Jesse A. and Elephair Miles Martin.
