Charlesa Kaye (Wickline) Rogers-Wells . She was born on April 18, 1960 in Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by father-Charles F. Witte; mother- Carolyn E. (Wickline) Myers, husband John Ezra Rogers: and 2 children Williard T. Carrel & Joseph R. Carrel

She lived a humble life and did a lot of volunteer work throughout the years. Her volunteer work let her crochet blankets for the Veterans, winter hats for those in need, baby hats for a variety of organizations, but what she loved to crochet most was prayer cloths for Veterans and anyone else in need.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and a charter member of the American Legion Riders Chapter 45 in Palatka, Florida

No service or memorial will be held, per my wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to charity such as Love A Child or other legitimate organization that helps the needy. Also consider donating to American Legion Auxiliary at the National level for programs like Spirit of Youth award.
