Dolores M. Adamski, 80, of Fort Wayne, a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2002, at Saint Anne Home.
The Galion, Ohio, native retired in 1984 as a nurse at St. Joseph Hospital. Surviving are her husband, Norbert J.; a daughter, Susan K. Ledermeier of Cincinnati; and a grandchild. She was preceded in death by a sister.
Mass of Christian Burial was today at Saint Anne Home Chapel, 1900 Randallia Drive. Burial was at Catholic Cemetery. Memorials are to the American Cancer Society, Saint Anne Home or Masses.
