She was born March 5, 1955 in Galion, was graduated from Lexington High School in 1973, and attended North Central State College.
A homemaker, Kim formerly worked as receiving inspection supervisor with Hi-Stat Manufacturing in Lexington for nearly twenty years.
A lifelong Lexington area resident, Kim enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, and was an avid fan of NASCAR racing, most notably following driver Tony Stewart. She enjoyed four-wheeling on quad runners, cross-country skiing, and camping. Kim enjoyed playing cards, and raising Golden Retrievers. She formerly attended Ontario United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband Greg L. Heller, whom she married December 17, 1984; her daughter and son-in-law Jennifer L. and Joseph Greene of Bellville; son and daughter-in-law Eric V. and Marie Heller of Butler; five grandchildren Keegan, Katie and Nicholas Greene, and Aaron and Caleb Heller; her mother Margaret (Kisling) Elliott of Mansfield; her mother-in-law Alta Heller of Butler; her brother and sister-in-law Thomas C. and Billie Jo Elliott of Mansfield and their children Heidi and Brent Wilson of Mansfield and Jason and Danise Elliott of Bristol, Tennessee; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Daryl and Cheryl Heller of Millersburg and Karen and Roger Lykens of Loudonville.
She was preceded in death by her father James C. Elliott on February 3, 2002; and her father-in-law Richard Heller.
Friends may call Friday January 10, 2003 from 5-8 pm in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 am. The Rev. James Winkler will officiate. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
