Published in The Paducah Sun, Paducah, McCracken Co., Ky., 26 Dec 2001 - WICKLIFFE, Ky. - Blonda Arington Doke, 85, of Wickliffe died Monday at the home of her son, Ken Rudy Doke of Paducah. Burial will be in Wickliffe City Cemetery.
Mrs. Doke was the former owner of Blonda's Antiques of Wickliffe and was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Wickliffe.
In addition to her son, she is survived by her husband of 69 years, Dueward Doke; one daughter, Toni Jo Gibson; two sisters, Juanita Allbritton and Frances Dusch; one brother, Jimmy Ray Arington; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Rayford Doke; two sisters; and one brother. Her parents were Raymond and Pearl Elliott Arington.
