FORT WORTH, TX- Funeral services for David M. Leach, 83, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Providence Road Baptist Church in Springridge. Officiating will be Rev. Darrell Dean. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel.

David was born in Florien, LA on August 7, 1931 and passed away on August 20, 2014. He was a resident of Fort Worth, TX and a former resident of Shreveport. He was a retired electrician. He was a member of Providence Road Baptist Church and the Greenwood Masonic Lodge #409. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Audrey Leach; parents, James and Exie Leach; siblings, Wilber, J.C., Fred, Darion, Glen, Terrell, Edna Earl, Marie, and Lucille . He is survived by his wife, Lillie Byrd Leach; son, Mark Leach and wife, Christina; daughter, Kristi Leach Moehrle and husband, Brian; grandchildren, Myranda, Braelyn, Mason, Tyler, Alia and Kaden.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Hilton, Donnell Behan, John Butler, Jimmy Behan, Tyler Leach and Kaden Alassal.
