Mr. Emmett Noble Forsyth of Yorkville Community, Paulding County, passed away September 16, 1985.

Noble was both September 5, 1904 to late the Lela Forsyth and was the grandson of Tony Forsyth. He had been an active member of Mountain View Baptist Church in good standing for many years. He was a machinist by trade, and a farmer in Paulding County.

Survivors include his wife, Lillie Mae Baker Forsyth, daughters and sons in law Melba Jane Craton and Bill Craton of Yorkville, and Mary Lou Ploof and David Ploof of Buchanan; son and daughter in law Luther and Peggy Upton; granddaughters he raised: Gayle Wright and Johnny Wright of Yorkville, and Jean Eaves and Bo Eaves of Draketown; step-sons Bartlett Brown Hulsey and Louise Hulsey of Douglasville, and Charles Allen Hulsey; brother James Franklin Forsyth of Yorkville and sister Bonnie Forsyth Head of Piedmont, Alabama; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services were conducted from Mt. View Baptist Church in Hulseytown, Paulding County September 18, 1985 at 2:00pm. The Reverend Nathan Camp and Rev. Tommy Rice officiated.

Interment was in the church cemetery immediately following funeral services.
