Naomi Lee Brasher Padon Parrish, 90 of St. Matthews, in Louisville, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Baptist Health in Louisville. She was born January 3, 1924 in Marion, Kentucky. At a young age she married William (Bill) Padon, they had two sons; Michael and Gregory. A daughter, Judy Michelle, that died shortly after birth.
Naomi and Bill were married short of 50 years. She soon met Jimmy Parrish, who she had known for several years through the Lions Club. Jimmy moved to Louisville from Russellville, and they were married in 1996. Together they had many travels and enjoyed socializing with friends until his recent passing in March of this year. Naomi lived a long and fullfilling life. She is survived by her son, step-son's; Her grandson's;
Her 6 step-grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Her brother; And many nieces and nephews that brought much joy to her life. Services will be held at Noon on Saturday, August 16th, 2014 in the Santuray of Crescent Hill Baptist Church, 2800 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206, with interment to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
