KEISTER, Carol 63, of King's Point died unexpectedly on June 6, 2006 at South Bay Hospital, Sun City Center, Fl. She had been a resident of Sun City, FL for 5 years and was a member of the Ohio Club and the Ambassador's Club. She was an RN graduate of Sinclair Community College school of nursing in Dayton OH. She was an Assistant Head Nurse and Charge Nurse at several hospitals in the Dayton area and at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. She recently earned a Certificate in Interior Decorating from Thomnpso Institute and was attempting to start her own design business. She also enjoyed crafts, scrapbooking, and cooking. Carol was born Carol Ann Knear on June 12, 1942 in Dayton, OH, daughter of Carl Knear and his wife Mary Jones Knear (currently a resident of Sun City Center). She leaves her husband Richard of Sun City Center to whom she was married for 22 years; her mother; a sister, Marilyn Davidson of Bonita Springs, FL; a half-brother William Knear of Logan Co., OH; 5 children, Christopher (Brenda) Eby; Cheryl (Jerry) Kondek of Salisbury, NC; Julia Reynolds of Jackson Co., GA; Mark (Barbara) Eby of Dayton, OH; and Amy (Duane) Campbell, Winder GA; two stepchildren Beth Mitchell (nee Keister); and Nathan (Dana) Keister of Columbus, OH; 11 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Lewers Funeral Home of Ruskin, FL. There will be no formal services.
