Funeral Service for a young Vancouver hunter who died following an accident near Bralorne will be held Saturday at 10 am.
Rev. J. Teague will offer mass in St. Mary's Church, for Robert James Geroux, 22, of 3057 Euclid. Prayers will be said Friday evening at 7:30 p.m.
Burial will follow in Ocean View Cemetery.
The young man died while his companion was bringing help after he was accidentally shot.
Surviving are his parents Mr. and Mrs. Herman J. Geroux; two brothers, Larry of the Canadian Navy in Nova Scotia, and Joseph at home; two sisters, Shirley in Ontario and Joanne at home; his grandparents, P. Geroux and Mrs. Fred Marchand of Ontario.
The deceased was a member of the Operating Engineers, Local 215.
