Arthur passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family and long-time caregiver, Patricia Cornett.
Art had a long successful career in real estate and was active with the Board of Realtors throughout his career and was a Certified Property Manager. He was a 30 year member of the Rotary Club of Riverside.
Arthur was preceded in death by his wife of sixty years, Charlotte Bohr Mumper (1914-1999). He is survived by his son, Gregory Mumper and daughter-in-law, Lorie; daughter, Nancy Brown and son-in-law, Robert; grandchildren, Kathryn Mumper, Anne Mumper, Sara Brown and Greg Brown; and one great-granddaughter, Isabel.
