Mary Moyers Bair, 69, went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 31, 2014 at her home in Morristown after a short battle with cancer. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She worked at Lea Industries for 26 years.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of over 40 years, Charlie Bair; mother, Cedell McCreary Moyers and father, Hughie Moyers; brothers, Charles, Carl, James and George Moyers and sister, Ruth Norton.
She is survived by her half-sister, Mildred Johnson, one very special sister-in-law, Bobbie Moyers; great-great nephew, Cameron Roach; special friend, Frances Suffridge as well as several other nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 3 in the East chapel of Allen Funeral Home. Funeral services are planned for 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 4 also at the funeral home with the reverends Johnny Lawson and Johnathan Bewley officiating. Interment will follow in Meadow Branch cemetery in Grainger County.
