BILOXI -- Joyce E. Bonnett Welch, 66, died Tuesday, Feb. 9, 1999, in Biloxi.
Mrs. Welch was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her father Everett M. Bonnett.
Survivors include her husband, John E. Welch II of Biloxi; two daughters, Dianne C. Bryant of Jackson and Tracy J. Myer of Woolmarket; four sons, John E. Welch III of Slidell, Charles E. Welch of Bendale, Terry L. Welch of Biloxi and Chris M. Welch of Oxford; her mother, Maxie Bonnett of Biloxi; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11:15 a.m. Thursday at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes. A procession will leave the funeral home at 11:15 a.m. for graveside services at 11:30 a.m. in Biloxi National Cemetery.
