Patti Garrett, 47 of Oklahoma City passed away June 3, 2014. She was born September 12, 1966 in Denver, CO to Joe and Sue (Miller) Scheitlin. She has been living in the metro area since 1977. She graduated from Yukon High School in 1984. She then went on and graduated from American Broadcasting School and spent 22 years in radio broadcasting. She worked as a disc jockey on the morning show for KXY 96.1 in Oklahoma City. She enjoyed traveling, loved horseback riding and loved all animals. She is survived by her husband Phillip Clark of Oklahoma City; parents Joe and Sue Scheitlin of Oklahoma City; Uncle, Orville Joe Miller of Collinville, TX; cousin Sherry Shepherd and husband Jim of Whitesboro, TX and a host of friends. Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Frisco cemetery. Friends may sign our online guest book at www.smith-turnermortuary.com.
