Linda Reagin DeLay, age 60, of Lithonia, died January 16, 2006. Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Randall DeLay, daughters, Teresa Richardson of Elberton, Tiffany Davis and Tara Hill, both of Lithonia; grandchildren, Katie, Drew, Chris, Tyler and Anna, sisters, Ernestine Roberts of Richmond Hill, Syble Gilley of Carrollton, Shirley Scott and Sue Cheek, both of Lithonia; brothers, Neil Reagin of Conyers; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Edward DeLay and her parents Lizzie and Tip Reagin.
