Vance Haines Allred, 72, of NC Hwy 22 North, Ramseur, died Friday, May 23, 2014 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 3 PM, Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at Sandy Creek Baptist Church, Liberty.

Officiating, Rev. Travis Brock.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Vance was a native of Randolph County, graduate of Grays Chapel High School class of 1960, retired from Sunbelt Power Equipment and was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church in Liberty. He was a member of the Round Table at Sherry's Restaurant. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Gladys Reitzel Allred, brothers, Boyd Allred, Joe Allred, Carlton Allred and sister, Bea Myers.

Survivors: wife, Emma Lee Jones Allred, of the home, daughter, Pamela Allred, of Asheboro, sons, Carlton Allred, of Asheboro, Matthew Allred, of Liberty, sisters, Marie Smith, of Liberty, Sue Ekas, of Julian, brothers, James Allred, of Julian, Travis Allred, of Tampa FL, Clarence Allred Jr., of Asheboro, grandchildren, Thomas Leach, Danialle Shamburger, great grandchild, Jayden Leach.

Visitation, 2 PM to 3 PM, Tuesday, Sandy Creek Baptist Church, Liberty and other times at the residence.
