Esther L. Trimmer, 76, a 12-year resident of Pasadena, died May 11 in Winchester, VA. She was born in Pasadena, August 12, 1937 to the late Owen and LaRue Lineberger. Mrs. Trimmer was a Supervisor for Maritime Institute retiring in the early 1990's. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Trimmer is preceded in death by her first husband, Ben Smith, Sr.; her second husband, John Trimmer; and her son Ben Smith, Jr. She is survived by her son, Curtis Smith; two daughters, JoAnn Rykiel and Holly Smith; sister, Betty Hinton; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services were held at Stallings Funeral Home, P.A.. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
