Sharon Elaine (Pooler) Dahl Danielson, 65, of Hudson died Thursday, April 5, at the Hudson Hospital emergency room.

Sharon was born on May 14, 1941, in Wheeler (Dunn County), the daughter of Ervin and Esther Drinkman. She was raised in Glenwood City where she attended elementary school and graduated from high school.

On April 15, 1983, she was married to Wayne Dahl,who preceded her in death in 1992.

Sharon was a proud retiree from Andersen Windows of Bayport. She worked as an assembler until her retirement in July of 2000.

On Jan. 26, 2000, she was united in marriage to Harry Danielson in Las Vegas.

Sharon enjoyed doing crafts such as knitting, sewing and crocheting. She also enjoyed a warm stove and the smell of homemade goodies. Moreover, she cherished her time with her friends at the bowling alley or on the golf course.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Harry, of Hudson; daughters, Beverly (Wayne) Alvermann of Deer Park, Wanda (Fred) Hofer of Clear Lake, stepchildren Dustin (Trisha) Danielson of Hudson, Courtney Danielson of Minneapolis, Doug (Naomi) Dahl of Roberts, Louise Wood of Blaine, Minn.; 15 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren;

Mother, Esther Drinkman of Woodville; brothers, Roy (Lynette) Pooler of Watertown and Harold Pooler; brothers/sisters-in-law, Luther (Peggy) Seydal of Philadelphia, Penn., Harvey (Lynn) Seydal of Wheeler, Ron Johnson of White Bear Lake, Minn., Don (Jean) Johnson of White Bear Lake, John (Joann) Schroeder of Downing, Shirley (Dan) Patrage of Lake Elmo, Minn.;

Brothers/sisters-in-Law Mary Martin of Hudson, Tom (Diane) Danielson of Hudson, Hank (Midge) Danielson of Phoenix and Mike Martin of Hudson.

She is preceded in death by her previous husband, Wayne Dahl; father, Ervin Drinkman; parents-in-law, Henry and Francis Danielson; and foster brother, Gerald Drinkman.

Funeral service for Sharon Dahl Danielson was at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Hudson with Pastor Dennis Nelson officiating.

Burial was in the Willow River Cemetery with active casketbearers Carl Alvermann, Nathan Alvermann, Eric Alvermann, Matt Norberg, James Morden, Tony Dahl and Nathan Dahl and with honorary casketbearers Madison Danielson, Kara Norberg, Brian Wood, Hunter Danielson, Justan Hofer, Laura Dahl and Eric Wood. Visitation was Monday, April 9, from 4 until 8 p.m. at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home of Hudson and one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Memorials are preferred.
