FROM THE "PRESS ARGUS" Van Buren, Arkansas's local Newspaper. Dated: February 21, 1963.
THOMAS SIMMONS
Thomas Simmons, 43 years old, of Houston, Texas died Sunday February 17, 1963 at Houston. He formerly resided in Van Buren [Arkansas]. Mr. Simmons was a veteran of World War Two and at the time of his death he was manager of a FHA Housing project. Survivors are his wife, one son, and two sisters.
The funeral service was at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Ocker Funeral Home chapel. Charles Graves pastor of the First Baptist Church conducted the service. Burial was at U. S. National Cemetery.
