Loving sister of the Blanche Temple, the late Sidney (Evon) Waters, late Cardell (late Idelle) Waters, and the late Ashley (Hazel) Waters. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements were taken care of by Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home. Interment will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
