When he was a young man, he and his brother, Charles went to Flint, MI, where there were other relatives living.
Andrew was, in 1920, a machinist working in the Auto industry. He and his first wife, Myrtle Demarest, met and married. They had one child, Norman Andrew LaCross. The later divorced, and he married Ruby (maiden name unknown to me).
Andrew eventually started a farm on the outskirts of Flint. He raised crops and livestock. His son, Norman spent summers there doing farm work, and year 'round, Noman would visit and Andrew and he would go hunting and fishing.
Andrew retired, and he then subdivided his land, keeping a house for himself. The subdivision was called "LaCross Acres".
