Mrs. Lula Stewart Of Marlow Dies
Marlow—Mrs. Lula Ellen Stewart, 69, Marlow, Died last Wednesday at the home of a son in Coolidge, Ariz., after an illness of six weeks.
Mrs. Stewart was a member of Woodlawn Methodist Church. Her survivors are two sons, Howard Cecil Brannon, Coolidge, Ariz., and T. R. Brannon, Springville, Utah, and a daughter, Mrs. Norma Hulsey of Coolidge. Also surviving are 8 grand children and 3 great grandchildren.
The funeral service will begin at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Callaway-Smith Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. E. E. Alexander will be in charge. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.

Funeral Services were held for Mrs. Lula E. Stewart, 69, of Marlow Oklahoma, at Cole an Maud chapel Friday afternoon. The Reverend Richard E. Pitts of Coolidge Methodist church conducted the service
Mrs. Stewart, who as visiting her son, Howard C. Brannon and family and he daughter, Mrs. Norma Hulsey of Coolidge, died here Wednesday, February 2nd, She was born November 8th, 1879, at Saba Texas. She married P. R. (T. R.) Brannon September of 1987 and was preced by her husband 16 years.
The deceased is survived by her sons, Howard Brannon of Coolidge and P. R. (T. R.) Brannon Jr., of Sagerville, Utah; one daughter Norma Hulsey of Coolidge; eight children and three great grand children The remains were returned to Marlow, Oklahoma for internment in the family plot. Members of the deceased's family accompanied the body to Oklahoma for Last rights.

Lula, after widowed by James Stewart, was brought to Coolidge, Arizona, and was being cared for by one of her son's Howard Cecil Brannon and his Wife, Floy Brannon. She lived in Coolidge for 6 weeks.

On her expiration, a service was conducted 04 February 1949, in Coolidge and her remains were transported to Marlow, Oklahoma, and on 8 February 1949, she was interred at Woodlawn. As of 05 30 2016, she has no memorial marker showing her grave, hopefully I will have the ability to create that item soon.
There is no information about James Stewart, or his final resting place as well. Still searching for him.
