Nichols, Erik David age 23, of Minnetonka. 2001 graduate of Edina High School, died suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2005. Preceded in death by grandparents, Grace & Ferdinand; and grandfather, Edward. Loving parents, Gary and Christopher Louise; brothers, Colin and Alexander; grandmother, Dorothy . Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and numerous friends. Erik was a loving, empathetic friend to all, who had an amazing capacity to care for others. His kind and gentle disposition touched the hearts of all who knew him. Erik was also a remarkable gymnast and a soccer athlete. He will be missed.
