Tammy Michelle Blaylock Blanton age 44, of Sparta passed away Thursday morning, April 3, 2014 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born April 8, 1969 in Columbus, Ohio to James. C. and Dorothy Marie Parks Blaylock.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Bob & Easter Parks, and Claude & Vernell Blaylock, Father-in-Law: Bobby Joe Blanton, Sr. and several special Uncles and Aunts.

She is survived by her husband: Bobby Joe Blanton, Jr. of Sparta

3 Daughters: Brittany Marie Arnold, Tiffany Nichole Mott, and Stephanie Michelle Mott all of Sparta

2 Grandsons: Caydin Matthew Arnold and Blake Xsavier Graham

Parents: James C. and Dorothy Marie Parks Blaylock of Sparta

2 Brothers: Jack Blaylock and Jason Blaylock of Sparta

Mother-in-Law: Debbie Sue Young of Sparta

and a host of Special Neices, Nephews, and Cousins.

FUNERAL SERVICE will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 7, 2014 in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in the Smith Chapel Cemetery. The Family will receive friends from 5pm until 8pm on Sunday evening. Bro. Doug Benningfield will officiate the service
