Mrs. Margaret Berger, 82, passed away in this city on Monday, January 12, 1948, following a long illness.
Mrs. Berger was born at Lac du Flambeau on June 2, 1865. She was married to Alfred Trepanier in this city in 1886. In 1900 she was married to John Berger, who served for many years as County Clerk of Sawyer County.
Rosary services were recited at the Lester Anderson Funeral Home on Wednesday evening at 7:30. Funeral services were held this morning at 9:00, Rev. Fr. Walter Kalandyk officiating. Interment in the family lot in Greenwood cemetery.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Faye Coburn of this city; five sons, Joe Trepanier of Zion, Il, Walter Trepanier of Waukegan, IL, Glenn Trepanier and John Berger, both of this city, and Lyle Berger of Billings, MT; one brother, Adolph LaRonge of Reserve; 29 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
