Mrs. Moore was born in Craven County, N.C., and was a Baptist. She was the widow of William R. ''Teddy'' Moore.
Survivors include a daughter, Rita Dozier of Garner, N.C.; a son and daughter-in-law, Tony T. and Joyce Moore of Norfolk; two sisters, Janie Eubands of Newport News, Va., and Virginia Fleming of Grifton, N.C.; a brother, Roman Witherington of Grifton; two granddaughters, Dolly Sickles of Garner, N.C., and Kimberly Pishner of Virginia Beach; a grandson, Brian Moore of Chesapeake; and two great-grandsons, Jeremy Moore and Kyle Moore, both of Chesapeake.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Rosewood Memorial Park.
