Survived by four children; Robbie, Shane, Ryan, and Shawn; eight grandchildren; one brother, Donnie.
He was a member of the Methodist church in Kansas City, Mo.
He had been an iron worker in the Kansas City area for many years.
He enjoyed reading, watching game shows, especially "Jeopardy," and watching football. He loved to garden and was also a "trivia expert".
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Dec. 23, 2010, at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Macks Creek, Mo.
Burial with parents; Don & Agnes Hicks.
