Russell Walter Crall, 83, of Lakeland, Florida, died on February 25, 2014 at his home. He was the son of the late Theodore and Beulah (Wheeler) Crall of Shadyside, Ohio. He married Shirley Christy on April 30, 1955. He and his wife made their home and raised their family in Rittman, Ohio where he was a policeman. In 2000, they moved to Lakeland, Florida. He retired from the Morton Salt Company in 1987 after thirty-four years of employment. He was survived by his wife of fifty-eight years, three children, seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mary McCelland, and nephew, Dwayne Greelee. Celebration of life: 11:00 a.m. March 17, 2014 at Northside Christian Church, Wadworth, Ohio.
